What are Coconut Clusters and How is it Made?
Bakers usually make coconut clusters with a few simple ingredients. This snack is no exception. They then shred died coconut meat (the white inner meaty layer of the coconut) into pieces and then dry them. These coconut “flakes” are then mixed with popular snack seeds. In this case, the company added savory and crunchy pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. Which definitely is a genius combination of flavors and texture.
With all the primary components grouped together, they then add a cane sugar glaze mixed with a bit of salt. As a result, you get a crunchy, slightly sticky, sweet cluster of coconut and super seeds.
